Hello my name is patty and I have a big problem paying my Electric bill.Four years ago I was told i have MS.I have problems with my memory and other problems, so I cant work.My bill is up too 4000 dollars and i cant pay it. My husband is the only one working and i have two kids. I really need help. I cant get disablity or any other help.I would like to apply for a grant but I dont know how to do that, so if there is anyone out there that can help please let me know.I just reappyied for SSI by talking to a ssi laywer and he said he cant help me because of my husbands income. They shouldnt go by his income they should go by how many bills you have.We cant make it on his income I have an electric bill of 4100 and cant pay it. Why cant I get any help.
